I’ve been here too

In cave diving, I’d often rush forward — chasing depth, chasing more. It was only when I learned to anchor to small, personal waypoints that I could go deeper, without burning out. Momentum needs direction. So I set my sights on mastering 50 meters, then 100. I focused on getting the basics right at each depth — being truly comfortable there. Then I took the next step.
