This is not something you read about, it is something you do!
To become free is a choice! It requires practice! It requires you to step into your discomfort zone and do things you didn’t know you could.
Here are some ways you can make the process a little more structured and easier:
- Get a Life Coach (yes, one of those! I wouldn’t have even discovered most of my life changing shifts without my coach). Coaches keep you questioning and doing, something most of us don’t have as good habits.
- Start Using a Daily Focus. Pick a question (my Weekly Question is a good place to start) or start to use the Daily Dare (subscribe to it and get it in your inbox). These get you wondering and when you wonder you start to see new possibilities.
You will know when you have found your Dare when you move from thinking about it and talking about it into action and doing it, living it.
It is a process and a journey!
Start with questions, if it was possible how would it look ?
Start with opening your imagination. Allow yourself to dream…and then dream bigger…and then bigger – because if you don’t think it is possible it never will be.

Try new things
If you keep doing what you have always done you will keep living the same life. You have to let go of safe and comfortable and allow discomfort into your world, so that you can grow and see and experience new things.
If you are open to alternative modalities, integrating energy work into your life can create the shifts you are looking for. Energy work like Reiki and Bars (which I can highly recommend) works with the emotions you have stored to date and yes, it does work.
